Payment terms
  • Exhibitors can pay the total cost which is due and payable upon presentation of invoice by way of crossed cheque in favour of CYCLE TOUR EXPO or direct deposit into the listed bank account. Alternatively, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is payable on signature of this contract and the balance is due and payable by no later than 22 January 2010. Exhibitors will not be allowed on site unless the total cost for their stands have been paid for in full by 8 March 2010.

  • Cancellation Terms:

    Should the Exhibitor fail to make payment on due date or make timeous payment the Organisers shall be entitled to cancel this contract with immediate effect without prior notice to the Exhibitor or should the Exhibitor cancel this contract for whatsoever reason the Organisers may accept the cancellation and apply the cancellation charges on the following scale, inclusive of both dates:

    Cancellation between 21/12/09 and 22/01/10: 50% non-refundable
    Cancellation between 25/01/10 and 10/03/10: the total cost

    Should the Exhibitor cancel this contract, notice of cancellation must be delivered to the Organisers in writing by its liaison person or any other person duly authorised by such person. Should the Organisers cancel the exhibition or cancel this contract for reasons other than default or breach by the Exhibitor of its obligations contained in the attached terms and conditions of this contract, the Organisers shall refund to the Exhibitor all amounts paid by the Exhibitor in terms of this contract within 60 (sixty) working days of giving notice of such cancellation.

  • Peninsula Beverages reserves the right to be the exclusive non-alcoholic beverages partner at the Expo. This includes juices, energy drinks, water, coffee, iced tea and sports drinks.
